iPlaySocial and Grabbler are brands of Trellisys.net Pvt. Ltd (Trellisys.net). These sites and services are provided by iPlaySocial as a service to users who agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. iPlaySocial reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time and for any reason. Any user who violates the terms of this Agreement may have their account ("Account") canceled, and they may be permanently banned from using the iPlaySocial Web Sites and/or services. Any Software from iPlaySocial is used under license.

Rules for the iPlaySocial Sites and Services are as follows:

You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your Account. Here is a list of some of the violations which may result in iPlaySocial terminating your account. You agree not to do any of the following while on the iPlaySocial Web Sites.

1. Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another iPlaySocial participant, or other individual or entity;

2. Transmit any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials that iPlaySocial considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or otherwise objectionable;

3. Impersonate on the iPlaySocial Web Sites any person, including but not limited to an iPlaySocial official or volunteer;

4. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a iPlaySocial game room or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;

5. Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation on the iPlaySocial Web Sites; and

6. Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

CONTENT MONITORING:

iPlaySocial as a matter of policy does not prescreen or monitor all information or dialogue, but iPlaySocial has the right, but not the responsibility, to remove any information or dialogue which is deemed in iPlaySocial's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of any rules the iPlaySocial has in place at the time.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE IPLAYSOCIAL WEB SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IPLAYSOCIAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONTENT FOUND IN THE IPLAYSOCIAL WEB SITES. IPLAYSOCIAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IPLAYSOCIAL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT IPLAYSOCIAL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT IPLAYSOCIAL WEB SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, IPLAYSOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE IPLAYSOCIAL WEB SITES OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH IPLAYSOCIAL OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE PROPERTIES, EVEN IF IPLAYSOCIAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

INDEMNIFICATION:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless iPlaySocial, its affiliated companies, its employees, contractors, officers and directors, from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from breach of the terms of this Agreement, or in connection with, the transmission of any Information on the iPlaySocial Web Sites or the Internet by or through the iPlaySocial accounts.

TERMINATION:

You or iPlaySocial may terminate your Account at any time for any reason. Once your Account is terminated, you cannot access the iPlaySocial Web Site in any manner or for any reason without the express written consent of the iPlaySocial, and you cannot assist in enabling a terminated participant to access the iPlaySocial Web Site using or via your Account.

MISCELLANEOUS:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of India , and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the state of India for any cause or action arising out of this Agreement. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
